INQUIRY
Reach out through the contact form with your project details — book/series info, deadline, and general vision. I'll follow up within 5 - 7 business days to confirm availability and next steps.
Step 3
Concept Sketch
I'll deliver an initial sketch concept for your review, along with up to two rounds of revisions to refine composition, characters, and details.
Step 5
Licensing
For commercial use beyond a single print run — merchandise, wide distribution, or resale — commercial licensing is available as an add-on. This is discussed and priced during the scoping stage, so there are no surprises after the fact.
Step 2
Deposit & Scope
Once we've confirmed the project, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot on my calendar and locks in scope, deadline, and pricing.
Step 4
Final Art & Delivery
Once the sketch is approved, I move into final rendering. One final revision round is included before delivery of print-ready files.

General Booking Policies

Rush requests: Under 10 business days incurs a 20% rush fee (subject to availability)

Revisions: Two sketch-phase revision rounds + one final polish round included; additional rounds billed separately
